Knovel
You may want to create your own Knovel account, which will allow you to create notes in the book as you read.
Select Create Account or Login in the red box above.
You will then need to activate your account via an email sent from Knovel.
You can then navigate within the book by clicking on the chapter you wish to read.
You can then choose to download or print, or read in your browser. If you choose to read within browser, you can add notes to the book (if you are logged in).
You can also search within the book if you are looking for specific information rather than to read a whole section.
