- JAMA Evidence – guides to the systematic consideration of the validity, importance, and applicability of claims about the assessment of health problems and the outcomes of health care. - Critical Appraisal of different study types – New York University Health Science Library guide on Evidence Based Medicine providing guidance on critical appraisal of observational studies, randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses.
- Evidence-Based Medicine Toolbox – from the Knowledge Translation Program in Toronto, Ontario; provides Critical Appraisal worksheets; developing clinical questions in a standardized format; educational prescriptions to track unanswered questions for late; self-evaluations for practitioners; pocket cards to assist in appraisal; several different EBM calculator tools for different types of tests and studies; and resources for a variety of topics, including teaching EBM in different clinical environmental, more details on various calculations, and EBM term glossaries.
