Health Insurance

Student healthcare insurance is mandatory in Clarkson University for all non-distance program students. Please find more information about the requirements here.

Clarkson University provide health insurance coverage through Haylor, Freyer & Coon, Inc.’s.

Student Health Form (click the link to complete the required forms) – Health forms are due to the Student Health Center by: 

  • July 1 (Fall Entry)
  • December 1 (Spring Entry)
  • May 1 (Summer Entry)
