- 8:30 am – 9:00 am – Competitors Meeting
- 9:00 am – 9:45 am – Dynamic Event Walk Through
- 9:00 am – 12:00 pm – Technical Inspection (by appointment)
- 9:00 am – 12:00 pm – Brake Check (by appointment)
- 10:00 am – 4:00 pm – Practice Track Open (Closes for lunch)
- 10:00 am – 12:00 pm – Dynamic Events (Barstow Subaru Hill Climb, Lite Coms Short Track event, Lite Coms Baja Cross)

- 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm – Impound and Inspection of top three finishers
- 1:45 pm Dinner, served on-site
- 2:45 pm Awards Cermony
