Institutional Research

The Office of Institutional Research serves as a centralized location for the collection, management, and analysis of Clarkson’s data and information. Through these efforts we support institutional planning and decision making, compliance reporting to IPEDS and NYSED, accreditation reporting, supply data for grant applications and reporting, and submit rankings surveys such as US News, Princeton Review, QS, and many others. We also help with survey creation and administration, as well as other ad-hoc requests for data as needed.

Under the Institutional Data tab you will find what were traditionally called the Data Digest and Factbook – historical collections of dashboards, google sheets and other reports maintained by the Office of Institutional Research. This data collection is currently under review by the new IR team, and will continue to be updated and/or replaced in the near future. If you have any comments or suggestions on the data that was previously provided or future projects, please reach out to us at ir@clarkson.edu.

Please note: The Institutional Data collection is available to the Clarkson Community for internal use, and access will require a Clarkson login.
