Text description
In ChatGPT’s Work mode, someone asks for a skill that briefs them before meetings. ChatGPT asks what they need to know; they answer: the purpose, the people, the last decisions and the right documents. The routine is saved as a reusable “Meeting Brief” skill. They ask for the brief by email at 9:55 for a 10:00 meeting, then review the scheduled run — skill, time, recipient and sources — before approving it. The next morning at 9:55 the email arrives: the decision to be made, three weeks of correspondence summarized, and the agenda, timeline and notes already linked. The meeting and people are illustrative.
