Year 1 Expectations
Membership is designed to be achievable. Five benchmarks over the course of the year.

Attend at least three institute meetings, workshops, or working sessions.

Apply AI in at least one concrete area of your work — teaching, research, advising, or administration.

Contribute one institute-linked output — a classroom exercise, research idea, pilot project, or workflow improvement.

Support one outward-facing activity — a campus event, presentation, or student opportunity.

Identify one next-step opportunity — a funding lead, partnership, research direction, or academic offering.
