Where possible, register multiple participants from the same university or research group on a single form. Participants requesting a double room should indicate their roommate. Participants who do not have a roommate can still request a double. The organizers will attempt to pair them with another participant who wishes to share a room. If this is not possible participants will be required to take a single occupancy room and pay the higher rate. Reservations will be for both nights of the meeting, unless informed otherwise by the participant.
Any participant who registers, and then later decide not to attend must cancel their reservation. Participants wishing to cancel their registration 2 weeks before the conference can cancel with the organizers. Any cancellations after that date must be done directly with the Glenn House Resort at least 72 hours in advance.
