Nez"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the Artist<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Redwing Ted Nez was born in 1960 and raised on the Navajo reservation in northern Arizona. He was trained as a traditional sandpainter and later attended the University of Northern Arizona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nez was profiled in the November 1994 issue of&nbsp;<em>Southwest Art<\/em>&nbsp;magazine.
