He also attended Haskell Indian Institute in Lawrence, Kansas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Often participating in art shows in Oklahoma, his artwork has also been featured on the cover of a book titled&nbsp;Sundown, a book on the history of Osage Indians. Biggoose&#8217;s paintings have been on display in the Galleria in Norman, the Art Market in Tulsa and at the Marland Mansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mars was known for having design the Great Ponca Seal of Oklahoma. He also wrote poetry.
