Kick off Mental Health Awareness Week with a grounding experience in nature! Join the Clarkson Association for Psychology Students (CAPS) in collaboration with the Clarkson University Outing Club (CUOC) for a peaceful walk through the Back 40 trails.
\nWe\u2019ll begin with a short talk on the mental health benefits of mindfulness and spending time outdoors, followed by a guided mindfulness walk. This event offers a chance to slow down, connect with nature, and recharge.
\nAll are welcome, no prior mindfulness experience needed!
