DESCRIPTION:For all skill level! Have fun and work up a sweat learning practical methods to defend yourself. We will be working on basic form and general martial arts\, as well as self defense techniques for a variety of situations. This includes learning how to fall\, do breakaway techniques\, strike\, throw\, and do takedowns. Sparring too for more experienced and willing people with protective gear.
