Friendship Bracelets

Friendship Bracelets Night is a low-pressure, creative social event designed to help residents connect, relax, and build community in a welcoming environment. Participants will create and exchange friendship bracelets using provided materials, encouraging natural conversation, creativity, and one-on-one or small-group interaction. The event is inclusive, low-cost, and accessible to all skill levels, making it especially effective for first-year students and residents who may be hesitant to attend larger programs. Conversation prompts can help spark connections, and residents leave with a tangible reminder of belonging. Overall, Friendship Bracelets Night supports Residence Life’s goal of fostering meaningful peer relationships and a strong sense of community within the residential environment and this allows student to ask questions about the hiring process.
