Share a brief outline of planned events for the semester/year
Highlight signature events (Culture Day, collaborations, community events, etc.)
Encourage members to get involved in planning and volunteering
Icebreaker Activity
Play a fun and inclusive game to help members get to know one another
Purpose: build connections and welcome new members
Membership Dues
Announce amount and deadline for dues
Explain what dues are used for (events, food, supplies, cultural programming)
Collect dues at the meeting or provide payment options (Venmo, Cash App, in person)
Closing & Next Steps
Remind members of the next meeting or event
Share GroupMe, Instagram, and TikTok so everyone stays connected
Thank everyone for attending and encourage them to bring friends to future events
