Black History Month Film Screening: Sinners
In celebration of Black History Month, the Office of Access Initiatives and Residence Life invite the campus community to a film screening of Sinners on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, from 5:00–8:00 PM in the Student Center MPRs.
The film follows twin brothers attempting to leave their troubled past behind as they return to their Mississippi hometown, only to confront a deeper and more powerful evil. Through its storytelling, Sinners explores themes of history, legacy, morality, and the enduring impact of systemic injustice.
Following the screening, attendees are encouraged to reflect on the film’s themes and their connections to Black history, resistance, and cultural memory. All students, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend.
